Og vi laver st\u00f8rstedelen af arbejdet. Kort fortalt handler det om 3 trin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>1.<\/strong> Sammen med jer afklarer vi, hvilke medarbejderkompetencer, der s\u00e6rligt hj\u00e6lper jeres organisationen til at n\u00e5 de strategiske m\u00e5l hurtigere og bedre. Vi ser b\u00e5de p\u00e5 generelle kompetencer, som alle skal besidde, og p\u00e5 kompetencer for de enkelte jobroller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>2.<\/strong> Alle afdelingsledere scorer deres medarbejdere p\u00e5 de udvalgte kompetencer (via PC eller mobil-app).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>3. <\/strong>Vi udarbejder en rapport til jer med visualisering af jeres kompetence-gap samt vores anbefalinger. Og vi giver jer adgang til systemet, hvor I kan se alle resultaterne i detaljer: Overordnet for organisationen \/ afdelinger \/ jobroller \/ de enkelte medarbejdere. Afdelingslederne f\u00e5r desuden adgang til deres eget teams resultater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><em>Vi anbefaler, at GAP-analysen laves \u00e9n gang \u00e5rligt og integreres naturligt i fx MU-samtalen.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-atomic-blocks-ab-column ab-block-layout-column\"><div class=\"ab-block-layout-column-inner\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hvad er Competence Mapping?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Competence Mapping giver jer et overblik over de kompetencer, medarbejderne har, sammenholdt med de kompetencer jeres organisation skal bruge for at n\u00e5 de strategiske m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">Ved hj\u00e6lp af en enkel analyse f\u00e5r I en konkret visualisering af, hvor stort jeres kompetence-GAP er.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">I bliver dermed klogere p\u00e5, hvordan I bedst styrker organisationen til at n\u00e5 de strategiske m\u00e5l.
